Thank you for shopping at Giorgio Bellucci. If you are not satisfied with your product, you will find all the information you need about returns and refunds here:
Return period
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt.
To register a return, please send an email to ciao@giorgiobellucci.ch.
Once you have contacted us, we will register the return and provide you with the correct return address.
Return conditions
– Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
– Please enclose the order confirmation or delivery note with your return shipment.
– Products that do not meet the return criteria may be excluded from a refund.
Return shipping costs
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
We recommend choosing a shipping service with tracking.
Refund
Upon receipt of the return, it will be inspected.
If the goods comply with the return policy, the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that processing may take up to 5–10 business days.
